Stream, download or buy the I Got Faith Song and shoot a video clip of anything that you feel embodies the sentiment of the song – the key phrases being “I got Faith” and “Sunshine in my soul”. It can be a video of anything showing kindness, happiness, fun or positivity.

Should your clip be approved by the Music Video Editor, it will be included in the official Music Video and may appear on various platforms Locally and Internationally. Cinevation and the Music Video Editor’s decision in all matters relating to the submissions for consideration and the use or not thereof is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

SUBMITION RULES:

1. HOW TO SUBMIT:
1.1 All submissions must be no more than 64mb in size or 60 seconds and must be loaded onto the PJ Powers website as per the instructions supplied thereon. Any submissions larger than the stipulated size or length and any inappropriate in content will not be accepted for consideration.
1.2 The closing date for submissions is midnight on Sunday the 2nd June 2019.

2. TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST:
2.1.1 Warrant that you are the videographer / photographer of the footage supplied and that no other party has any claim to the footage
2.1.2 Be authorised to use the images of the content of your clip and warrant that you are authorised to release, indemnify and hold harmless Cinevation (Pty) Ltd, PJ Powers, Mpho Skiveasy Mathibela (Skiv) and Cash Sizwesakhe (Cash), and any affiliated or contracted entity, company or organisation from any and all claims that may arise in connection with the use of the footage in the I Got Faith music video or any commercial, advertising, promotion, presentation, or appearance in any media associated with the song and the music video.
2.1.3 Be the legal guardian or parent of any child whose image or likeness is used in any clip submitted by you and you must have the permission of the child to do so.
2.1.4 Irrevocably licence and grant Cinevation (Pty) Ltd, PJ Powers, Mpho Skiveasy Mathibela (Skiv) and Cash Sizwesakhe (Cash), and any affiliated or contracted entity, company or organisation to the extent of the permissible law, the unconditional and perpetual right to use, post, display, edit, broadcast, publish, adapt or modify your submission in any way and in any and all media throughout the world.
2.1.5 Acknowledge that by uploading your submission, you agree that no payment will be made for any of the above-mentioned usages and all costs including that of filming or photographing the submission and that of submitting it including the cost of data is solely for your account and will not be reimbursed.
